Our flexibility is to your advantage. At NOOR we stand for fast delivery and a personalized service.
Our brand’s basics are available from stock all year round. You’ll never have to be without your essentials and will receive your order within a few working days. While we take care of the whole process, the athlete will always have the right outfit.
For our own brands and branded sportswear, we proactively think about stock management and provide advice and guidance regarding the administration process, if desired. Whether a season change, membership expansion or event is planned, together we ensure that you have the right items at the right time.
Support
Your convenience is our priority. We provide the ability to access your orders and data 24/7 through your own, fully automated portal. This way you can easily view your order history, check or track the status of your order and, if necessary, return an item. If you are still in need of assistance, our support team will be happy to help you with your requests.
Sustainability
It may sound cliché, but a better world starts with yourself. The same applies to NOOR. We actively commit ourselves to an environmentally friendly climate, among other things through electric cars, an energy-positive company building, and sustainable business operations. Together with certified production partners, we continuously make our clothing and processes more sustainable, with a focus on recyclable materials and the reduction of packaging.
In collaboration with CIRCULR, we also take concrete steps towards a circular sportswear supply chain, in which used sportswear is reused as raw material for new products and waste is reduced.
